

Individual Counseling
Therapy is not linear and it is surely not the same for everyone. I believe in catering my sessions to meet each individual's needs to the best of my ability. Understanding what works best for you, which approach is necessary in helping you meet your goals, and working with you each step of the way to ensure you're getting the most out of your sessions.
Individual counseling focuses one-on-one with client and therapist. Each session is structured on meeting the client where they are. We focus on current and past difficulties, strengths and areas of growth, and understanding goals of treatment. Whether the focus needs to be past oriented, present focused, or future goal setting I will help work with you on processing through the ins and outs of each area and help navigate you through to the other side.
My approach is primarily client-centered with techniques pulled from CBT and Reality-Based Therapy. This combination helps engage clients and our work together so each client sees progress throughout each session.
